The service is confirmed exclusively via WhatsApp to Cocheras Ezeiza Sur's official number. The reservation is valid only for the period, service, and vehicle stated at the time of confirmation.
The length of stay is calculated in exact 24-hour blocks from the effective check-in time. Any fraction exceeding a full block is counted as an additional day.
The applicable rates are those published on the website at the time of check-in. The online quote tool provides an estimate; the final rate is calculated at vehicle pick-up.
Payment is due at pick-up. We accept Argentine pesos cash, bank transfer, and Mercado Pago.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed check-in time. Changes to dates, times, or service type are coordinated via WhatsApp at no extra cost.
No partial refunds are issued for early departures or stays shorter than those originally booked.
Upon arrival, the customer hands over the vehicle keys to our staff to allow repositioning within the facility. Keys are kept securely at all times.
Cocheras Ezeiza Sur operates 24/7 surveillance and security cameras. We are not responsible for personal belongings, cash, documents, or valuables left inside the vehicle.
Any pre-existing or incurred damage must be reported before leaving the premises. Claims submitted after departure will not be accepted.
The airport transfer is included in the base rate and covers up to 4 passengers with standard hand luggage. Departure times are coordinated based on the flight time provided.
For international flights we recommend arriving at least 3½ hours before departure; for domestic flights, 2½ hours. Cocheras Ezeiza Sur is not responsible for delays beyond its control.
Valet Parking carries an additional charge depending on the airport combination chosen: $25.000 ARS for pick-up and drop-off at the same airport (Ezeiza or Aeroparque); $90.000 ARS for the combined service between both airports.
The Combined Valet service requires prior coordination at least 48 hours in advance. Services involving unlisted airports are quoted manually.
The facility operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Check-in and check-out can be arranged at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp in advance.

We assume no liability for damage caused by natural disasters, third-party acts outside our premises, or force majeure circumstances.
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the value of the rate paid for the stay in question.
